Accessibility at hdgö

Use the main entrance of the Neue Hofburg (via the left-hand ramp, the right-hand side of the door can be opened with a Eurokey or by using the intercom). To reach the entrance hall, a platform lift (load capacity: 300 kg) is available. The museum ticket desk can be reached by elevator.

Parking spaces for people with reduced mobility are available in the short-term parking zone on Heldenplatz.
